âºMake Strawberry Lemon Muffins.
âºMake your sauce for the Spaghetti Squash, if you donât have any stored in the freezer.
âºRoast up your cauliflower and carrots for Meal 3 tomorrow. You can roast up extra vegetables here to have as a side dish one day this week, or to just snack on!
âºIf youâd like to and you have time, you can pre-bake your sweet potato for Day 3, Meal 3 while your cauliflower and carrots are roasting! While youâre at it, you can cook up a few extra to have for snacking and a side dish this week!
âºHard-boil as many eggs as youâd like for the week, and chop up any fresh vegetables for snacking throughout the week.
âºIf youâre making Zucchini Sticks on Day 4, Meal 3, you can pre-make the coating now, and then store it until youâre ready to use it.
Day One:
âºMeal 1 and 2 are easy!
âºAssemble Meal 3, making sure to cook extra chicken for Meal 2 tomorrow!
âºPrep your lettuce leaves for your Chicken Lettuce Wraps tomorrow. Cut up and pack up whatever veggies youâd like with it, along with your chicken!
Day Two:
âºMeal 1 and 2 are a breeze!
âºFinish making Meal 3, or just reheat everything.
âºSet aside extra sauce for Day 6.
âºSave extra spaghetti squash for Meal 2 on Day 4.
Day Three:
âºMeal 1 and 2 are wicked easy!
âºMake your sweet potato and ground pork.
âºWhile Meal 3 is cooking, you can make your Lunchtime Spaghetti Squash; just leave out the mayo and store it separately. Then add it in right before eating to ensure nothing gets soggy!
âºIf you have time today, you can pre-mash your carrots and store in fridge for Meal 3 on Day 5!
Day Four:
âºOnce again, Meals 1 and 2 are super easy!
âºMake your Blueberry Chicken Salad and side dish of choice.
âºSave extra Blueberry Chicken Salad for Meal 1 tomorrow.
âºIf you have time and donât have one cooked up yet, cook up your sweet potato for Meal 2 tomorrow, as well as your sausage. {Cook extra sausage to have for Meal 3 tomorrow as well, if youâre serving the broccoli salad as a side dish.}
Day Five:
âºMeal 1 is easy!
âºFinish making Meal 2.
âºMake Inside-Out Burgers and a side dish of choice.
âºSave the leftover burgers for Meal 2 tomorrow.
âºStart to plan your meals now for next week!
Day Six:
âºMake Meal 1 and assemble Meal 2.
âºRoast up your eggplant and reheat the sauce for the Eggplant Stackers. Cook the sausage and onions if you need to. When cooking the sausages, cook extra for Meal 2 tomorrow.
âºServe with your favorite side dish.
Day Seven:
âºMake your Frittata.
âºMeal 2 is easy!
âºCook Lemon Lime Chicken and Roasted Veggies.
âºPrep for next week.

If you can the day before:
âºRoast up vegetables for Meal 3 tomorrow.
âºMake Strawberry Lemon Muffins.
âºCook up any hard-boiled eggs youâll need and chop up any fresh vegetables youâd like to have to snack on this week.
